Shipping Origin

Your order may be shipped from our warehouses in the United States or Hong Kong, depending on product availability. In order to ensure timely delivery, your items may be shipped from either location.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods (e.g., promotions or holidays), processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 6–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Customs duties and import taxes are covered by us — so you won’t encounter any surprise charges upon delivery.

By placing an order with Irilis, you authorize us to handle customs clearance on your behalf.

In the rare event that additional duties or fees are charged by local authorities, the customer may be responsible for covering those charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can’t find it? Please check your spam or junk folder.

You can also track your order anytime using the tracking page on our website.

If your tracking shows “No Information Available,” allow 2–5 business days for tracking data to update.

Delivery Delays & Issues

Although we strive to deliver on time, external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier backlogs may cause delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at info@irilis.com so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order.

Irilis is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error, please email info@irilis.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your package has already shipped, redirection may not be possible, and reshipping fees may apply.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us at info@irilis.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the received items

  • A photo of the shipping label

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 7 hours of being placed.

After this period, we may not be able to make changes due to the processing timeline.

Returns & Refunds

If your package is returned due to an address error or refusal to pay duties, we can:

  • Issue a refund minus any shipping fees incurred, or

  • Reship the order (additional shipping fees will apply)

However, we do not ship to certain destinations, including:
