Irilis Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchanges. Please review the following policy for eligibility, conditions, and instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Period: 14 Days
Items purchased from irilis.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.
All returns must be authorized in advance. To begin your return, please contact us at info@irilis.com.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in their original packaging (including any free gifts or promotional extras)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will be credited as store credit, which you can apply toward a future purchase.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If your original order included a promotional discount, your store credit will reflect the discounted amount.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your item for something else?
Once your return is received, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order.
All exchanges are final and cannot be returned again.
